March Madness Fun

Whether you are an avid basketball fan or not, it is hard not to get caught up in the excitement of March Madness. This week I'm sharing a couple of fun basketball themed resources for those who have or work with children. Check out the video below for a fun mindful stretching session led by yours truly.
