  • Support and guide children to develop "toolboxes" specific to individual needs with developmentally appropriate and effective tools to manage stress and anxiety.

  • Develop a protocol for assessing a child's needs for yoga-based intervention, communicating with children, parents, and pediatric professionals involved in a child's care and determining when to refer to another professional.

  • Includes a suggested lesson plan for general management of stress and anxiety, designed to appeal to kids of all ages.
