Last week, I shared my alphabet yoga cards and the valuable benefits of utilizing them in the learning environment. This week, I wanted to share an equally powerful tool to help kids learn in a fun and unique way: Number Yoga Flashcards. In the video below, I demonstrate the value "0" using my cards and my body.

The number yoga deck allows teachers and parents to create a fun, educational, and s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g experience for kids of all ages. Who needs pens, notebooks, or calculators when kids can MOVE and stretch their bodies to learn and play yoga math? Use Your Number Yoga Flashcards to:

  • Teach kids numbers and how to count

  • Identify number values

  • Introduce double and triple numbers

  • Teach simple math

  • Promote kinesthetic learning

  • Play fun games such as Math Olympics

  • MOVE and LEARN in a unique and healthy way

Deck of 35 cards includes individual number cards to create the numbers 1-998; Common math symbols: add, subtract, multiply, divide, greater than, less than, equal, infinity; along with centering and warm-up suggestions and 11 different games and activities for kids of all ages.

To purchase a number yoga card deck visit our secret sale for subscribers today; or visit our Teachers Pay Teachers store to purchase a digital download of a printable deck to print on paper or card stock of your choice.

Happy learning!

Love,

Lisa Roberts xo
