MOVE! Thanksgiving Yoga for Kids

It's time to move our bodies, breathe, and show ourselves some love and gratitude. Thanksgiving is the perfect time to remind kids that they have so much to be grateful for.... and not just external things (which are also important) like family, friends, a home, etc., but for internal gifts such as a healthy body, the breath, and the mind.


I hope you love this week's Thanksgiving-themed yoga (movement, meditation, and mindfulness) session. It's chair friendly and adaptable for the classroom or office setting. Stay tuned, next week, I will be sharing a mat-friendly variation to try at home with the whole family.
