Essential Elements, Part I: Warming Up
This 45-minute webinar explores warm-up sequences for yoga-based movement sessions for children. Demonstrations include gentle seated warms up exercises to target individual body parts/areas as well as full body warm up sequences. Upon completion, participants will be able to:
Identify gentle seated warm-up exercises to target individual body areas
Identify kid-friendly warm-up sequences for the whole body
Develop creative warm up sequences, aligned with fun themes to keep kids engaged
Apply appropriate adaptations for bed and chair sessions
