It's a new year and time to refresh the blog! Each week I'll be sharing a Mindful Mini video that features a fun activity to follow along with your child. Think mindful breathing, movement, or meditation, in around sixty seconds. If you follow me on Instagram, Snapchat, or YouTube you've probably already seen some of these playful little nuggets of wisdom. There are over one hundred of them that I cycle on each platform -- and more coming soon! -- so there's definitely something for every body.
