Lunar New Year celebrations begin Jan 31st, which is the eve of the Lunar New Year on Feb 1st when we will ring in the Year of the Tiger. The celebrations typically last for up to an additional 16 days, but I'll be posting one mindful mini (mindfulness in around sixty seconds) that features an animal from the zodiac each day through Feb 7th.
Want more? Check out my post from Jan 24th to see two full length Lunar Zodiac themed Movement, Meditation, and Mindfulness sessions for kids (one mat and one chair accessible).
